Independent Audit Firm

The independent audit firm is responsible for carrying out the statutory audit of the accounts. With its report, it expresses judgement on the financial statements and consolidated financial statements and verifies the correct application of the accounting principles.

The audit of the financial statements was entrusted to the audit company Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., until the approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2022.

Deloitte is one of the largest firms providing professional services to businesses in Italy, where it has been operating since 1923.
